getting pc ready for virtualization

• converting over all vpc ( ms virtual pc files) to vmware.
• going to keep copies of both so i may user w2k8 hyper -v and esx server
• re installed virtual pc 2007
• installing win image to convert vhd's
• used win image to convert

• the above link did work - you need to then create a new machine in vmware and point the hard drive to the converted drive. 
• finished 70-290 dir
• finished vmware esx
• finished w2k8r2
• To use sysprep right now open image in vpc then convert with winImage
